    5. What systems do you have in place that will keep you in constant contact with me during the listing and the transaction?
    6. As a Seller, you will receive web stat reports twice a week. Our Listing Director will also be speaking with you on a weekly basis to coordinate showings for your home.

      Once a contract is received, our Closing Coordinator will keep in touch with you weekly helping you to navigate through the process of upcoming deadlines. The systems we have created are one of our greatest assets in gaining repeat clients and referrals. We are constantly re-evaluating our processes to improve our level of client service.
