Inlight at VMFA

All through my life I have had appreciation for art. I am sure that it started with my mom taking me to NYC and the great museums there and then the many trips to the Virginia Museum. And then as a young adult being subjected to the art world of VCU. Also never having had a lick of any artistic ability I have always appreciated what others could do. I didn’t always get what they were after but I liked the fact that they were doing something cool.

Inlight Richmond at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is one event that my wife and I have been to many times over the years. We missed last year – and I have no idea why – but this year we already have plans to go. And we are taking others that have never heard of this event. So the goal of introducing people to all things Richmond and the cool stuff that is available marches forward– and this one is free to really top it off.

I might not get what the artist was trying to portray but I do like the fact that talent comes in many forms!

    About our blog

Our agents write often to give you the latest insights on owning a home or property in the Central Virginia area.

April has been our agent for selling our home 2 years ago (and the immediate purchase of the next house to live in), then again recently for an investment house as a rental. She listened to our needs (and they’ve changed each time), responds promptly to any correspondence, kept us well informed about ‘next steps’ when we got into negotiating and actual buying. I never worried about anything with April, since her knowledge of the market and everything about buying/selling a house was so complete.
