Curt, Heather and the Joyner team are world class. This is our 3rd home purchase, and far and away y’all are the best realtor’s with whom I’ve worked. Great service from start to finish.
Chris, With your help we’re pretty much settled into our new place. Who’d have thought that in so short a time we’d be able to accomplish so much. You made the experience almost fun : methodical, efficient, very effective; and just what we wanted. You’re a magician!
I don’t really need to do much actually, and Curt taught me a lot of things on purchasing my own home. This is my first time purchasing my own place and it didn’t take long for him to show me a place I like.
We listed our house this spring with Blake Poore, and April worked with us as a part of his team coordinating paperwork between the buyers and us. She also would have scheduled and coordinated showings – if we wouldn’t have gotten a full price offer the night of our open house! This entire team is honestly so great, but especially April. She’s wonderful at explaining things in a way that the average person (who knows nothing about real estate!) will understand. She always got back to me really …
Chris and the team at Joyner exhibited professional patience and diligence when assisting us with the purchase of our new home. From the first tour through the closing signature, Chris was able to comfortably navigate an unfamiliar process for my wife and me. Entering into such a large investment requires the best of advisers and Chris proved to be just that.
We are so thankful for the team at Joyner Fine Properties. In the Spring of 2014 they helped us locate and “seal the deal” with the home of our dreams. Curt, April and the rest of the team worked tirelessly on our behalf until the deal was complete. There were obstacles in our path and they navigated each one with grace. Joyner Fine Properties truly cares about the client and we are living examples of this.
Absolutely the best realtor ever and not only is [Ali Poore] the best realtor she is also a friend and family now she was the most helpful and professional person we’ve ever dealt with and she was knowledgeable about everything and had the answers we needed we greatly appreciate everything she’s done for us … the best realtor ever!!!!!!
I had a unique situation where I needed to find housing that could accommodate both aging parents and my family. The process was difficult due to my requirements and desired region. Kirk was my second Realtor. He has the base knowledge as one would expect. What makes him good is his ability to 1. Listen and provide an appropriate, different view to aid good decision making, 2. Being vested in my interests (He was on my side.), and 3. A great work ethic. He understands that his business is a rel…
Curt was a joy to work with. He was always available and helpful. He steered me away from things he should have and ultimately helped me find the perfect house!
Blake was a phenomenal real estate agent for us during our house hunt in the summer of 2011. We were so lucky to have had his guidance and expertise for our first house. We had no idea what we were looking for, and he was incredibly patient with us as we figured it out. He was incredibly knowledgeable not only of the differences between the various neighborhoods in the Richmond suburbs, but of the ins and outs of the actual houses themselves. He’s the type of guy that will climb up into the atti…
